In the vineyards of Crozes Hermitage, Sandrine and Jean-Stéphane welcome you to their typical wine farm with character dating from the 15th century, built with Rhône pebbles. Welcome to Drôme des Collines, you will be ideally located between the Ardèche, the Vercors, in the Rhône Valley and in the heart of the historic vineyards of the northern Rhône appellations: Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage and St Joseph. You will enjoy the calm of the countryside while being close to major axes and agglomerations: 5min from the A7 motorway exit n°13, 20min from Valence and Romans-sur-Isère, 15min from the Alixan TGV station and 8min from the Tain l'Hermitage TER station.

The house has 5 guest rooms. On the ground floor, L'HERMITAGE bedroom, accessible to people with reduced mobility with a double bed (1x140), private bathrooms (walk-in shower, washbasin, wc). Upstairs, 4 bedrooms: MARSANNE with two single beds (2x90), SYRAH with a double bed (1x140), CORNAS with a double bed (1x140) and SAINT PERAY with 4 single beds including 1 bunk bed (4x90). All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms (shower cubicle, sink, wc). Living room available with kitchenette (induction hob, oven, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, kettle, sink...), dining area and sofas. The living room has a wood stove and a reversible air conditioner. Enclosed grounds with garden and courtyard, garden furniture available, a shared swimming pool open from May to September (5x10m, secured by a shelter, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.).

Al piano terra, camera da letto L'HERMITAGE, accessibile alle persone con mobilità ridotta con letto matrimoniale (1x140), bagni privati (cabina doccia, lavabo, wc). Al piano superiore, 4 camere da letto: MARSANNE con due letti singoli (2x90), SYRAH con un letto matrimoniale (1x140), CORNAS con un letto matrimoniale (1x140) e SAINT PERAY con 4 letti singoli di cui 1 letto a castello (4x90). Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno privato (box doccia, lavabo, wc).
