This former Dauphiné farmhouse, nestled in the heart of the Drôme hills, is located near the Rhône River, opposite the Pilat Regional Natural Park, on the border of the Ardèche and Isère departments. You can choose to fully enjoy nature and visit the countless tourist attractions nearby. Alternatively, you can opt for peace and relaxation within our fully enclosed cottage, surrounded by the rolling hills. Hiking and sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy, with trails and specially designed sites in the area. We look forward to welcoming you and will be at your disposal to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
Detached house. Ground floor: kitchen, living room with dining area, sofa, armchair, TV, shower room/WC. Upstairs (spiral staircase): 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm), the other with two single beds (90cm). Heated swimming pool: 14x6m (solar heating), open from June to September, maximum depth 2m, shared with a second gîte and the owners. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking in the courtyard. Private fishing pond 1km away.
