You won't have time to get bored between the peace and quiet, the view, the discovery of Royans-Vercors (hiking, canyoning, skiing (Font d'Urle resort 20km away), historical sites, spectacular passes and roads, culinary specialties...), the wellness area. 20 minutes away, Saint-Jean-en-Royans has many shops: tourist office, supermarket, bakery, delicatessen, restaurants, banks, hairdresser, bookstore, optician, tennis, swimming pool, "l'arbre à fil" adventure park.

Arranged on the 1st floor and in duplex as follows: 1st level living room including kitchen/living room/lounge with sofa bed for 2 people, shower room, separate toilet. 2nd level: attic mezzanine intended for sleeping 3 people (1x160x200, 1x80x190 available as an extra bed). For your exclusive use: 8m² balcony facing south with unobstructed view. To be shared with the 3 gîtes: parking, fire pit, relaxation room and wellness room equipped with a 2-person spa and a sauna/hammam you can choose between a traditional sauna with dry heat or for a gentle steam. We live 2 minutes away by car (950m), we will be happy to share our knowledge of the territory with you. Access ends with 500m unpaved. For the well-being of your animals and everyone else, we rely on everyone's responsibility. Please note: the premises are not fenced! The wellness area is prohibited to those under 18 years of age.

Non avrete tempo di annoiarvi tra la pace e la tranquillità, il panorama, la scoperta di Royans-Vercors (escursioni, canyoning, sci (stazione di Font d'Urle a 20 km), siti storici, passi e strade spettacolari, specialità culinarie...), e l'area benessere. A 20 minuti, Saint-Jean-en-Royans offre numerosi negozi: ufficio turistico, supermercato, panetteria, gastronomia, ristoranti, banche, parrucchiere, libreria, ottico, campi da tennis, piscina, parco avventura "l'arbre à fil".

Disposto al 1° piano e in duplex, è così composto: 1° livello: soggiorno con cucina/soggiorno/soggiorno con divano letto per 2 persone, bagno con doccia, WC separato. 2° livello: soppalco mansardato per 3 posti letto (1 letto 160x200, 1 letto 80x190 disponibile come letto supplementare). Ad uso esclusivo: balcone di 8 m² esposto a sud con vista libera. In comune con gli altri 3 alloggi: parcheggio, focolare, sala relax e area benessere dotata di spa per 2 persone e sauna/hammam. Potrete scegliere tra una sauna tradizionale con calore secco o un delicato bagno di vapore. Abitiamo a 2 minuti di auto (950 m) e saremo lieti di condividere con voi la nostra conoscenza del territorio. L'accesso termina con 500 m di strada sterrata.
