Gîte adjoining owners' house in countryside setting on fruit tree farm at heart of Les Baronnies Regional Nature park. Panoramic views of Les Baronnies mountains and the Mont Ventoux. Near town centre and shops (3km). A paradise for outdoor sports activities (cycle touring, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding, waymarked routes for walkers on the Olive and Lavender Tourist trails). Take a trip to the Toulourenc gorges, ideal for a family day out with picnic and refreshing dip in the clear shallow waters.
1st floor: large living room, opening onto sunny terrace with panoramic view, with open-plan fitted kitchen, dining and lounge areas (sofa bed), WC. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, including 1 with private 8 sq.m. terrace (queen-size bed) (queen-size bed) (2 single beds OR king-size bed), shower room/WC.
