Ground floor: 1 entrance leads into kitchen, living room & lounge area opening onto covered terrace (an outdoor living area). 2nd entrance leads to ground floor bedroom with disabled access (queen-size bed, shower room, WC). 3rd entrance leads to utility room and 4 air conditioned bedrooms (including 2 family rooms) all with own walk-in shower & WC. Ground floor bedroom (2 single beds OR king-size bed). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds OR king-size bed in each). 2nd floor: bedroom (2 single beds OR king-size bed). House adjoins that of owners, Margaux and Paul, but has separate entrance(s) (not overlooked). Owners' swimming pool (5x12m) has paddling pool area (25cm deep) with depth of 1.4m for remainder, ideal for volleyball or water polo.
