The Paillanches farm is arranged on 2 levels like this: on the ground floor kitchen (modern, fitted and fully equipped for those who like to cook, central island, computer, immediate access to the terrace), living room (2 steps) which is called "The Chapel" because of its glass passageway and its beautiful ceiling height of almost 5m, shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs: office area, air-conditioned bedroom (queen size bed 160x200cm), shower room with Italian shower, separate toilet. Outside just for you: wooded grounds of 5,000m² where you can rest, read, sunbathe, nap, East-facing terrace (table, chairs, bench, hammock, offset parasol, BBQ), parking. To share with us: swimming pool with rounded and soft corners (open depending on the weather from mid-May to mid-September, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., depth 1.20 m throughout, secured by a gate), garage (you have 2 spaces), laundry room, charging station for hybrid or electric vehicles (extra).

Questa è la nostra casa, un'antica fattoria ristrutturata, ora trasformata in un affascinante cottage con servizi di alta gamma, progettato per viaggiatori singoli, coppie, amanti e professionisti, senza rinunciare al comfort o all'atmosfera. È un luogo in cui desideriamo condividere momenti unici della vita e ci impegniamo a rendere gli interni rilassanti quanto gli esterni. Ci impegniamo a far sentire i nostri ospiti come a casa. La fattoria Paillanches è disposta su 2 livelli come segue: al piano terra cucina (moderna, attrezzata e completamente attrezzata per chi ama cucinare, isola centrale, computer, accesso immediato alla terrazza), soggiorno (2 gradini) chiamato "La Cappella" per il suo passaggio in vetro e la sua bella altezza del soffitto di quasi 5 m, bagno con doccia, WC separato. Al piano superiore: zona ufficio, camera da letto climatizzata (letto matrimoniale 160x200 cm), bagno con doccia all'italiana, WC separato. All'esterno solo per voi: parco alberato di 5.000 m² dove potrete riposare, leggere, prendere il sole, fare un pisolino, terrazza esposta a est (tavolo, sedie, panca, amaca, ombrellone a sbalzo, barbecue), parcheggio. Da condividere con noi: piscina con angoli arrotondati e morbidi (aperta in base alle condizioni meteo da metà maggio a metà settembre, dalle 11:00 alle 20:00, profondità 1,20 m in tutta la struttura, protetta da un cancello),
