In the Monts du Matin between the Drôme hills and Vercors, converted hayloft featuring lots of wood & stone. Open countryside setting, on edge of wood, with panoramic views as far as the eye can see. Romans-sur-Isere, Valence TGV station, Saint-Marcellin just 15 minutes away. Day trips possible: the Vercors (scenery and spectacular roads), Col de Tourniol, Col des Limouches, cave at Choranche, Pont-en-Royans (water museum), Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye, the Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval, shoe museum and many other treasures.
Garden level: entrance via mezzanine with lounge area and family bedroom (4 single beds, shower room/WC). Ground floor: open-plan kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms (double bed) (queen-size bed), shower room/WC. Non-adjoining fenced garden with swimming pool (10x5m). 10m from gîte entrance: gym with elliptical exercise bike, rowing machine, bodybuilding equipment. Hiking/riding trails on doorstep. Voie Verte & bike hire a few kilometres away in village of Hostun. Free, unrestricted access to communal tennis court. Can be rented for up to 5 people at modified rent (contact owners for details).

Super séjour
Très bon accueil de Bruno et Carole. Logement spacieux, confortable et la clim est très appréciable. Piscine avec vue imprenable sur la vallée. Nous recommandons fortement.
I would recommend this location to a friend.

Vacances en famille
Gîte agréable, au calme, proche du Vercors. Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un excellent accueil et nous ont recommandé de belles visites. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine!
