L'Écu d'argent is a stone house, tastefully and authentically restored, built on a large property on the edge of the village (150m). Ideally located, just 20 minutes from Romans-sur-Isère and 30 minutes from Valence, Rochefort Samson, a commune in the Vercors Regional Natural Park, offers a perfect starting point for your sporty walks: hiking or cycling on the 70 km of the Monts du Matin loop, between the Vercors, Royans and Drôme des collines, to discover the riches of this route (ridges, undergrowth, meadows); climbing at the Combe d'Oyans or for the most experienced enthusiasts, the assault on the rock of the Deux Sœurs: thrills guaranteed! The most epicurean will perhaps be content to enjoy the comfort of this cozy cottage which will offer them a breathtaking view of the mountain range.

On the ground floor (1 step): fully equipped kitchen open to the living room/lounge (round table, armchairs, coffee table, TV, board games). On the 1st floor (air-conditioned): bedroom (140x190cm bed, 90x190cm bed in alcove, windows with shutters, curtains and blinds, storage, bookcase), shower room/WC (accessible either from the bedroom through the sliding door or from the landing (classic door). Outside for your exclusive use: East-facing terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, unobstructed view), 1 parking space. To share with us: the courtyard, the reasonably heated swimming pool (7x3m, max depth 1.4m, open from June to September depending on the weather, alarm). In the village: bistro-restaurant, markets on Thursdays. The little extras? Sheets, towels, pool towels and cleaning, all included, enjoy a holiday in complete peace of mind! In posizione ideale, a soli 20 minuti da Romans-sur-Isère e a 30 minuti da Valence, Rochefort Samson, comune nel Parco Naturale Regionale del Vercors, offre un punto di partenza perfetto per le vostre passeggiate sportive: escursioni a piedi o in bicicletta sui 70 km del circuito dei Monts du Matin, tra Vercors, Royans e la Drôme des Collines, per scoprire le ricchezze di questo percorso (creste, sottobosco, prati); arrampicata alla Combe d'Oyans o, per i più esperti, l'assalto alla roccia delle Deux Sœurs: emozioni garantite! Al 1° piano (climatizzato): camera da letto (letto 140x190 cm, letto 90x190 cm in alcova, finestre con persiane, tende e veneziane, ripostiglio, libreria), bagno con doccia/WC (accessibile dalla camera da letto tramite porta scorrevole o dal pianerottolo (porta classica). All'esterno ad uso esclusivo: terrazza esposta a est (mobili da giardino, ombrellone, barbecue, vista libera), 1 posto auto. In comune con noi: il cortile, la piscina abbastanza riscaldata (7x3 m, profondità massima 1,4 m, aperta da giugno a settembre in base alle condizioni meteorologiche, allarme). Nel villaggio: bistrot-ristorante, mercati il giovedì. I piccoli extra? Lenzuola, asciugamani, teli piscina e pulizia, tutto incluso, per una vacanza in tutta tranquillità!
